Pergola Land

About Pergola Land

Pergola Land is a family-owned Sydney building company specialising in custom pergolas, patios, alfresco areas and decks. With over 25 years of industry experience, we help homeowners, builders and commercial landscapers create practical, attractive outdoor spaces designed around the property and the people who use it. Based in Thornleigh, we service Sydney’s North Shore, Northern Beaches, Hills District and selected Inner West suburbs. Our team manages the complete process, from initial consultation and design through to council approvals, certification and construction, giving clients one experienced team to coordinate their project. Our residential range includes insulated roofing, Colorbond and polycarbonate roofing, along with hardwood, composite and aluminium decking. We design pergolas and decks together to create connected outdoor living areas, considering shade, natural light, ventilation, access and the relationship between the home and garden. Finishing options include privacy screens, outdoor blinds, handrails, stairs and provisions for lighting, ceiling fans and heaters. We also work with builders, architects, project managers and commercial landscapers on pergolas, shade structures, walkways, boardwalks, platforms and outdoor communal areas. Our experience includes projects for schools, aged care facilities, retirement villages and community spaces, with a focus on clear communication, site coordination and durable construction. Every property has different requirements. We consider site conditions, levels, drainage, material selection and relevant bushfire requirements when developing a suitable design. Our approach combines thoughtful planning with quality workmanship to deliver outdoor structures that complement their surroundings and support everyday use. As a licensed builder, Pergola Land offers the confidence of an established local business, an experienced construction team and a 10-year warranty.
