About Soaring Together

Soaring Together is an NDIS provider in Adelaide, South Australia, dedicated to helping people with disabilities build confidence, develop independence and achieve their personal goals. We provide person-centred disability support tailored to each individual's needs, preferences and aspirations, empowering people to live more meaningful and fulfilling lives. Our services include in-home support, mentoring, occupational therapy, social work, functional capacity assessments, employment support and community participation. We work alongside individuals and their support networks to develop everyday living skills, strengthen communication, explore new opportunities and participate more confidently in their communities. What makes Soaring Together different is our compassionate, flexible and collaborative approach. We believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity, respect and understanding. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we focus on each person's strengths, choices and goals, providing support that encourages growth and greater independence. We are also passionate about creating inclusive opportunities through initiatives such as our Barista Skillz training program, which helps participants develop practical café skills and workplace confidence. At Soaring Together, our mission is to empower people to reach their potential, build meaningful connections and enjoy greater choice and control over their lives.
